Apex Railing System

The Apex railing system is a revolutionary new fencing system developed by Top Security in 1999 . It uses a unique production technique to produce fencing that has smooth clean joints which are free from porous or unsightly welds.

The systems innovative design uses a new patented production technique which allows each vertical bar to pass through a horizontal rail and using an expansion process forms solid joints by expanding the walls of each vertical bar locking them within the horizontal rails.

During this process the vertical bars are enlarged until they are forced hard against the walls of the horizontal rails and securely locked in position. All bars are fully secured into both the top and bottom horizontal rails giving crisp, clean and solid secure joints

The system comes in four different designs:

• Apex Railings
• Apex S Railings
• Apex XS Railings

Gates to match the Apex Railings system are available in manual or electrical operation and in either swing or sliding designs.

• Apex railings are hot dipped galvanised after fabrication as standard with the option of architectural grade polyester resin being bonded to the zinc surface in a choice of over 100 RAL or B.S colours
• The solid construction of the panel and high quality finish supplied will provide a secure and sound fencing system that will last up to 25 years without the need for any special maintenance.
• Gates to match the Apex Railing System are available for manual or electrical operation in either swing or sliding designs
